The apartments will not be sold with a fitted kitchen and therefore the cost of a fitted kitchen is NOT included in the price.
2. Car Park Spaces
Every apartment comes with one parking space and this is included in the sale price. You will therefore NOT have to pay anything extra for a parking space. The parking spaces are underneath the podium. This is a secure, covered area. The lifts travel down to the car park.
3. Water Heaters
A water heater is provided and included in the price. These will be good quality water heaters with a 5-year guarantee.
A partially tiled bathroom is provided and included in the price.
Only the bathroom and balconies are tiled. The remainder of the flooring is provided with a screeded floor ready to receive the purchasers finish of choice.

7. Alterations to scheme
The developer reserves the right to alter any aspects of the layout or specifications of the apartments and common areas.
8. Management and maintenance
The management and upkeep of the estate will be undertaken by a management company whose members will be the purchasers of each and every apartment. A service charge will be payable to the management company to cover the costs of running the estates.
9. Energy efficiency
All blocks comply with energy performance requirements and will be issued with Energy Performance certificates.
